Presentation preference – Paper or Poster or Either

Author(s) : Names of authors with likely Presenter underlined.

Contact Details: Author contact information, preferably email and phone contact for inquiries if necessary.

Presentation Title: Title of the Presentation

Abstract Size: An abstract of approximately 250 words
