30th November Early bird Registration Fee closes

2010

1st February Deadline for receipt of full papers, posters and author’s biography and photo.
14th March Convention begins.

Presentations
All presentations will take place in the main conference hall at the Surfer’s Paradise Hotel.

Presentations will be a maximum of 25 minutes long with 5 minutes for Q & A.. Presentation times and dates will be confirmed when paper submissions are confirmed.

Please note that all presenting authors need to fully register for the convention. Full instructions will be available for successful papers.

All presentations to submitted in full to the Editor by 1st February in order to be incorporated in the Proceedings of the Convention. These should be submitted as a PDFdocument where possible. A copy of the Power Point presentation if supplied will also be incorporated in the Proceedings.

Audio Visual
All slides and videos used to support presentations at the Convention will be digital. The preferred software will be Microsoft PowerPoint. CD or USB flash drive to be provided to the AV room for downloading prior to the commencement of the relevant session. Please note that presenters will not be able to use their own computers for their presentations and dual projection will not be available.
